Hockey is a highly-skilled sport that requires a high level of dedication, perseverance, and enthusiasm to grow and develop. Each player’s hockey journey is a unique path toward a goal. To make a significant improvement takes a lot of time, practice, and a strong motivation to succeed.
Our coaching philosophy starts with accurate skill demonstration with clear and concise explanations. With a patient teaching style, we focus on skating skills and development, progress on systems for the in-game experience, skill development (and more importantly) teamwork on and off the ice.
JORDAN FRENCH – Hockey Director, Skills Coach, U9/10 AA Head Coach, U16 AA Head Coach
Originally from Texas, Jordan played junior hockey in the NAHL prior to transitioning into full time coaching. He spent 7 years building the Dallas Stars Elite program as the Tier I Skills Coach and Head Coach prior to relocating to Nashville to take over as the Tier I & II Hockey Director and Head Coach for the Nashville Jr. Predators organization. In 2019, Jordan started his own elite training and development company, Jordan French Hockey, providing professional skills coaching for current NHL, college, major junior, and youth hockey players. With 7 players drafted in the NHL, over 20 NCAA Division I players, and multiple Tier I & II National qualifying teams, it is no wonder that Jordan has become one of the most sought-after skill and development coaches nationally as well as locally. This season Jordan will be returning for his fourth season as Hockey Director for the Music City Marauders.
